1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must initiate the return within [7/14] days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process
To start a return:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider; processing may take some time.

The Estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 days.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
- Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (e.g., Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000).
